BEB SOLAR AgroSolar

With BEB SOLAR AgroSolar agro-photovoltaic systems, solar modules for electricity production are placed above and between agricultural areas so that they can still be cultivated profitably.

The interaction of agriculture and energy production eliminates the competition for land between food production and energy production, and also enables a significant increase in the overall efficiency of land use – currently up to 186 percent.

We currently offer three variants of the BEB AgroSolar systems:

  1. BEB AgroSolar “High horizontal”

This is the largest agro-photovoltaic system, developed for intensive, mechanized agricultural production. A partial shed can be up to 6 meters high and 18 meters wide, protecting sensitive plants from enviromental influences.

It is particularly suitable for growing potatoes, turnips, cucumbers and other plants suitable for intensive production.

  2. BEB AgroSolar “Horizon”

It is characterized by a smaller range and height. The system can be placed on surfaces with a large slope and combined with other protection methods such as foils or nets.

It is extremely suitable for special crops of fruits and vegetables, as well as berries and hops.

  3. BEB AgroSolar “Vertical”

In this variant, the photovoltaic modules are placed vertically.

It is particularly suitable for agricultural areas where shading is not desirable (e.g. wheat or lawn).
